It’s time again for good fun, good friends and good birding with Aullwood Audubon’s Birdathon 2025 brought to you by Riverdale Optimists! Join Sam Romeo, Environmental Educator and expert birder for a day of adventure all around the Miami Valley region. Our goal is to identify at least 125 different species of birds and raise $8,000 of support for Aullwood! Unable to go birding? Donations of all amounts and per species pledges are welcome! Your support helps Aullwood’s environmental education programs.

On Monday, May 5, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. rain or shine, Team Warbler will be spotting birds all over the Miami Valley region from Spring Valley to Beavercreek Wetlands to the Great Miami Mitigation Bank and beyond! The team will also be checking out birds at Englewood MetroPark and right here at Aullwood. For a donation of $150, you can join this team and ride in the comfort of our van. Lunch, snacks, drinks and transportation are included! Passenger space in the van is limited, so pledge today.

Whether you join Team Warbler or not, join in to help us identify as many bird species as possible on May 5! This fun and educational challenge is for individuals of all ages and levels of bird watching expertise. You can look for birds in your own backyard, and you don’t have to be a “birder” to enjoy Birdathon!
