Come learn how to can and preserve fresh food while it’s in season! When you finish this course you will be on your way to preserving and storing food at home. You will learn how to get started canning, what food is best to can vs. freeze, and about water bath and pressure canning. You will also learn about reducing safety risks so you will be able to can safely at home. This class with have demonstrations on how to can different fruits and vegetables.
