It is pumpkin time! Search our Sugar Bush for pumpkins. Feel inside a pumpkin without looking and describe how it feels. Sing a pumpkin song, and enjoy a pumpkin story. Do pumpkin art work and take a pumpkin gourd home with you.

Chipmunk Adventures are classes for preschool children, ages 2-5 years old, accompanied by an adult. Join us as we explore and have wild, wacky, wonderful adventures at Aullwood Farm! Plenty of hands-on activities, art projects, stories, songs and learning experiences await our youngest learners. Share the excitement as you visit farm animals, hike in the woods, crunch in the leaves and stomp in the snow. Direct interactions with nature are essential for healthy childhood development — and they're fun! Different Chipmunk Adventure classes happen one Wednesday a month throughout the year, except for December and August. Classes meet inside the Farm Discovery Center at Aullwood Farm, 9101 Frederick Pike, Dayton Ohio. Depending on weather, classes may be conducted outside under the Farm Pavilion. Please dress for the weather conditions, and for both inside and outside exploration adventures. Bev Holland, Environmental Educator, is the teacher for these sessions. Join us as we kindle and cultivate our natural sense of wonder!

Classes are limited to 8 child-adult pairs for a total of 16 participants. (There is a 4 participant minimum.) Sessions are $25 for members and $30 for nonmembers.
